The house, which stands free on two sides, has a net living area of about 75 sqm on three levels. You enter the house on the ground floor via a staircase. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two of which have enough space for a double bed. On the 2nd floor there is a large room with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sofa corner. A staircase with a low exit leads to the upper floor and to the about 8 sqm large roof terrace with a view over the whole valley.

There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 4 km. Valloria is about 25 minutes away from Imperia with its beaches, shops and over 300 days of sunshine a year.
