Layout

The portion of the house on the ground floor and the 1st floor of a historic, four-story stone building offers a net living area of approx. 85 m² and two adjoining terraces of approx. 20 m² each on both levels. You enter the living area through a front terrace on the first floor, which is at ground level thanks to the hillside location, and enter directly into the eat-in kitchen. Next to it is a semi-open lounge area and a large bedroom. An ancient slate staircase leads to the lower floor. Due to its hillside location, this level has a private entrance from outside via the pergola terrace. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious storage room. In all rooms, contemporary design and ancient cross-vaulted ceilings harmonize perfectly. The lower north terrace, covered with a pergola, offers a marvelous view of the village and the surrounding green hills. A passage right on the path in front is only used by one neighbor.

The property is located in the upper part of the village of Lecchiore. It is reached via a country road and offers parking directly in front of the house. Lecchiore is a district of Dolcedo and is located about 250 m above the sea level. There is a restaurant and a good village community. The coast is 12 km or a 20 minute-drive away. The nearest shops and town facilities are located in Dolcedo, about 5 km away. Only a few minutes walk from the rear of the village, river basins on the upper course of the Acqua Santa – surrounded by unspoiled, romantic nature – invite you to take a wonderful, refreshing bath in summer.
