This charming cottage is situated on the upper edge of the village of Trincheri. From its garden, which measures just under 200 square metres, you can look out over the olive groves, the pretty little chapel in Trincheri and, from one of the terraces, as far as the sea. Layout

This semi-detached village house has approximately 95 square metres of net living space spread over two floors: In front of the main entrance, which is accessed from the garden side, there is a large terrace with a covered pergola, offering shelter from the wind or a few raindrops. From here, you enter the spacious living area with a dining area, a sofa corner and a fitted kitchen in as-new condition. On this level, there is a room with vaulted ceilings, which is used as a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor; thanks to the sloping site, there is a separate entrance from the small alleyway. On the beautiful plot, which features old olive trees, there is another terraced seating area with grapevines and a wonderful view of the little chapel at Trincheri, as well as across the valley to the sea. The house also includes a plot of land situated approximately 120 metres away, which serves as a car park for three parties – a real rarity in Trincheri.

Position

The property is situated in Trincheri, a small hamlet above San Lorenzo al Mare and Imperia. Trincheri is a place where you can find plenty of peace and quiet; it has just a handful of houses, most of which are occupied from spring to autumn, and is surrounded by olive groves that are perfect for a stroll. The nearest place for shopping, dining or having a coffee is Dolcedo, about 10 minutes away. San Lorenzo al Mare, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Riviera di Ponente, is 11 km away.
