Layout

You enter via the spacious staircase, from which the two cellar rooms also branch off. From the entrance hall, a few steps lead up to the kitchen or, on the other side, to the living room, which measures approx. 27 square metres; from here, the other rooms – as is often typical in mansion homes in Liguria – branch off: three bedrooms, the bathroom and two further living rooms. The dependance with separate entrance is detached on two sides, comprises three levels: the entrance leads into a hallway, then you go up the stairs to the living area, consisting of a separate kitchen with fitted units, a spacious dining room and a living room. One level further up is the sleeping area. The house also features a large cellar with several interconnected rooms.

The palazzo is located on the upper edge of the village of Moltedo. It can be reached on foot by walking up a few steps from the main road. Moltedo is a village with about 200 residents, situated 200 meters above sea level and 8 km from the beaches and the city of Imperia. Shops and restaurants are located about 3 km away. Moltedo features several religious buildings and is situated in a very quiet location in the hinterland, surrounded by olive groves.
