Layout

The apartment is located on the top floor of a palazzo. All rooms are conveniently situated on the same level: the central room is the approximately 30-square-meter living room, from which the other rooms branch off (as is often typical in stately homes in Liguria) including three bedrooms, the bathroom, another living room, and on the other side, a hallway and the kitchen, as well as two storage rooms. Due to the sloping terrain, the apartment can be accessed either through the garden or via the main staircase from the village street. Position

The palazzo is located on the upper edge of the village of Moltedo. It can be reached on foot by walking up a few steps from the main road, or by car via a somewhat winding, narrow road, that is, however, accessible to standard-sized cars. Moltedo is a village with about 200 residents, situated 200 meters above sea level and 8 km from the beaches and the city of Imperia. Shops and restaurants are located about 3 km away. Moltedo features several religious buildings and is situated in a very quiet location in the hinterland, surrounded by olive groves.
