The rustic cottage offers approx. 40 m² net of living space on two levels and a garden shed of approx. 10 m² usable space. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a small kitchen. Doors from both rooms lead out onto the terrace and into the garden.
A narrow spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Due to the hillside location, this floor also has an independent entrance from the outside. There is a bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a storage room.

Garden
In the garden of approx. 370 m² on three levels with citrus and fruit trees, there is enough space to install a swimming pool. On the cottage’s right is a terrace with a pergola and seating area. To the left, there is a sunny terrace with a barbecue area. The shed in the upper garden can be used as a studio or a storage room.

Position
The property is in the center of Lecchiore, above the public car park. The cottage faces east, but there is always a sunny or shady place in the garden. Lecchiore is a district of Dolcedo and is located about 250 m above the sea level. There is a restaurant and a good village community. The coast is 12 km or a 20
minute-drive away. The nearest shops and town facilities are located in Dolcedo, about 5 km away. Only a few minutes walk from the rear of the village, river basins on the upper course of the Acqua Santa – surrounded by unspoiled, romantic nature – invite you to take a wonderful, refreshing bath in summer.
