This part of a traditional Ligurian village house is located in the upper part of the idyllic village of Castellazzo, inland from Imperia. The village house is detached on two sides and the upper part for sale offers a living space of approx. 70 m² net on two levels plus a roof terrace of about 12 m². The entrance in a small, quiet alley, leads into a vestibule with a pellet stove. A spacious bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. A beautiful slate staircase leads to the first floor, presenting a bright living area with an open kitchen, dining table, and seating area. Position

The property is located in a small alley in the old town of Castellazzo, a few meters from the main road. You can drive up to the front of the house (about 30m) to load and unload your car. Public parking spaces are about 20-50 m away. Castellazzo is a sunny hamlet in the municipality of Dolcedo. Dolcedo is only 2 km away and features small shops, restaurants, café bars, a post office, a school, and a kindergarten. A few kilometers above the hamlet, small forest lakes near Lecchiore offer refreshing bathing opportunities. The nearest beaches are about 10 km away in Imperia, which has a modern marina and all the amenities of a seaside town, as well as the best climate in Italy – mild winters and temperate summers!
