Layout
The main house made of local stones offers two floors, both with an access to the garden due to the hillside location: The upper floor features a large, loft-like room of approx. 70 m² on two levels. It contains a high-quality, customized fitted kitchen with a kitchen block, a dining area including a cozy wood-burning stove and reading lounge and, a few steps above, a large room which is currently used as a bedroom and office. The room is characterized by its height, its brightness, and a floor-to-ceiling double door that leads to the terrace in front. There is also a guest WC and a storage room completing this floor. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms, both with a terrace in front, and a spacious bedroom with a free-standing bathtub. On this level, there is also a large room (about 45 m² of usable area) with an entrance, which can be used as a cellar, pantry, or fitness room. The charming outbuilding features a kitchenette, a dining and living area, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom separated by a panel. There are two exits to the garden. Situated a few steps from the main house, it is ideal for guests or for renting out.
Garden
The approx. 600 m² garden surrounds the main house on all four sides. In front of the ground floor, there is a very spacious terrace, which is used as the main outdoor dining area. However, depending on the sun’s position, you can always find a pleasant spot on the various outdoor seating areas. The garden offers various types of trees, including cherries, apricots, cypresses and oak trees, as well as a cistern. There is also a stone house of approx. 25 m² net, located slightly above, currently used as a garden shed for furniture and equipment. The approx. 400 m² outbuilding garden features a graveled entrance terrace surrounded by exotic plants such as the loquat and a silk tree. It is possible to build a pool on the property if desired.
