The approx. 350 sqm garden with its own cistern is a successful mixture of a large, terraced seating area and an elaborately designed lawn area with several trees and several flower beds with various flowers such as agapanthus, iris, a large wisteria, Lemon trees and various herbs. To the upper apartment belongs a 50 sqm large yard, which in summer offers an outdoor space in the shade. You can enter the courtyard both on foot via the archway, or with a Vespa or Ape through a gate that leads to the upper village street. The apartment also includes a sunny, 16 sqm terrace with open views of the valley.

Position

The property is located in the middle of Tavole above the church. You can park on the church square and walk about 50 meters uphill. With a moped or an ape you can drive from the other side both to the basement, as well as to the entrance of the upper apartment. In Tavole there is a restaurant and several bathing ponds in the nearby river. The way to Tavole is rewarded with heavenly peace and good hiking opportunities. Valloria (the village of painted doors) is approx. 1 km away, while Villatalla is approx. 2 km away, which has two other restaurants and a grocery store. In 10 minutes you are in Prelà, the central place of the valley with a convenience store, a pharmacy and several restaurants. From Tavole it takes 16 km to reach Imperia and down to the sea and the beautiful beaches. Imperia, which offers all the amenities of a small town, enjoys a wonderful climate like the Cote d’Azur: mild winters and not too hot summers.
