The on three sides detached village house has three floors: On the ground floor there is a spacious basement with two interconnecting rooms. It offers enough space for the new heating system, storage and laundry room.
The first apartment is divided into two floors with an entrance on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, which can be reached via a natural stone archway belonging to the property. Position
The property is located in the middle of Tavole above the church. You can park on the church square and walk about 50 meters uphill. With a moped or an ape you can drive from the other side both to the basement, as well as to the entrance of the upper apartment. In Tavole there is a restaurant and several bathing ponds in the nearby river. The way to Tavole is rewarded with heavenly peace and good hiking opportunities. Valloria (the village of painted doors) is approx. 1 km away, while Villatalla is approx. 2 km away, which has two other restaurants and a grocery store. In 10 minutes you are in Prelà, the central place of the valley with a convenience store, a pharmacy and several restaurants. From Tavole it takes 16 km to reach Imperia and down to the sea and the beautiful beaches. Imperia, which offers all the amenities of a small town, enjoys a wonderful climate like the Cote d’Azur: mild winters and not too hot summers.
