The detached village house on two sides offers a living space of approx. 120 sqm net on two floors with two entrances, and outside a small veranda and a large terrace of approx. 50 sqm in total. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a small hallway with an adjoining toilet and a storeroom. To the right of the hallway is the cozy eat-in kitchen with rustic ceiling beams and an exit to a small veranda, offering an exit to the street, including a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue fireplace.
