Entering the ground floor from a small alley, there is a large hallway with a slate floor and an old wall wardrobe. Next to it lies a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. An internal staircase leads to the basement, featuring a large living room with a wood-burning stove. There is also a small kitchen area, a bathroom, and a second bedroom, ideal for guests. Upstairs the first floor features the main kitchen and a spacious dining area with French doors leading out to the large terrace. The terrace offers wonderful panoramic views of the green hills and picturesque villages such as Bellissimi and Lecchiore and space for a dining area and a barbecue.

The village house is located in Ripalta in a small, quiet alley. Public parking possibilities are about 75 m away. The picturesque, medieval village of Ripalta on a hilltop was once a refuge from pirates and is now very popular amongst international guests thanks to its idyllic, peaceful position. It consists of around 60 village houses and typical little alleys. It is perched above Dolcedo, the central village of the Prino Valley, where you can find small shops, restaurants, and cafés within a few minutes’ walk. The sea and the beaches of Imperia, the town boasting the best climate in Italy – mild winters and temperate summers – are only about 7 km away. The airports of Genoa and Nice are approx. 100 km away.
