Layout

The picturesque, medieval village of Ripalta on a hilltop was once a refuge from pirates and is now very popular amongst international guests thanks to its idyllic, peaceful position. It consists of around 60 village houses and typical little alleys. It is perched above Dolcedo, the central village of the Prino Valley, where you can find small shops, restaurants, and cafés within a few minutes’ walk. The sea and the beaches of Imperia, the town boasting the best climate in Italy – mild winters and temperate summers – are only about 7 km away.
