The entrance on the ground floor extends on both levels through an open cement staircase.

On the lower level, the kitchen and the living room merge into each other and lend an easy access to the terrace. On this floor you also find the bathroom as well as one bedroom.

On the upper floor, on the left you reach an additional living room, as well as a spacious office – if needed, this space could be used as a third bedroom as well.

On the right you reach the main bedroom with a dressing room and the second bathroom with an open shower area.

There are multiple basement rooms which are part of the property, where you have storage space and a parking space for bicycles or a Vespa.

The terrace of 25 sqm is in front of the living room. Thanks to the exposure towards the south and the height of the house, you have a free view of the valley down to the sea. On the terrace there is enough space for a table, two loungers and a barbecue area.

The property is located on the small main street of Lucinasco, with a Vespa or an Ape you can drive to the front of the house. Lucinasco is about 20 minutes from the nearest beaches and the small town of Imperia. The lively mountain village in the southern foothills of the Maritime Alps towers 500 meters high on the hill and rewards with its panoramic views. There is a cozy trattoria, a small shop for everyday needs, several olive oil producers and a picturesque lake. For hikers, bikers and motorcyclists, Lucinasco is a popular starting point for their excursions into the hilly landscape of the Ligurian hinterland. The village is surrounded by olive groves and oak forests about 7 km from larger supermarkets and shopping centers.
