This cottage is the right place for garden lovers, as on the large plot you can find various types of citrus and fruit trees as well as flowering plants in all colors, next to olive trees and grapevines. The secluded location in the middle of the olive groves below Vasia guarantees a lot of privacy and an unobstructed view into the valley. You can access the house by foot via an old trail that starts in the village, otherwise by car it is about 1.5 km of unpaved road.

The property is located below Vasia, a pretty village in the hinterland of Imperia. Vasia is a lively village at an altitude of 400 m. It has a shop and is the starting point for many walks in the hinterland. From Vasia you can reach the sea of Porto Maurizio with its beaches by car in 15 minutes.
