Layout
The village house with approx. 175 sqm of net living space extends over three levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-diner with a gas hob, electric oven and wood-burning stove. There is also a WC with a washing machine. On the first floor there is a large, bright living room with a Swedish stove and adjoining study and dining area. On this level, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This level leads also directly to the garden terrace.
On a mezzanine level, a few steps above the living room, there is a hallway with access to three further rooms, two of which are currently used as bedrooms and one as an office. One floor higher is the partly covered, partly open terrace. From here – as well as from the rooms below – you have an unobstructed view of the pilgrimage church of Montegrazie, the surrounding olive groves and the sea.

The house is located in a small alleyway in the car-free centre of Montegrazie. The property is a 150-metre/3-minute walk from the public car park. You can drive right up to the door on a vespa. Montegrazie is a medieval village with a famous pilgrimage church, characterised by winding alleys and surrounded by olive groves. It has two restaurants and is located at an altitude of 250 metres, 8 km from the beaches and Imperia, which offers all the amenities of a coastal town and 300 days of sunshine a year.
