Layout
The house, which is detached on three sides, comprises two units. On the ground floor is a studio consisting of a kitchen and dining area with a large window front, a living and sleeping area with natural stone walls, and a small bathroom. It is therefore ideal for guests or older children. The upper unit comprises a kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area set slightly lower, and a modern bathroom. From here, a staircase leads up to the large roof terrace, which offers enough space for a large dining area and sun loungers. The terrace is very sunny, but also has a covered area where, for example, a summer kitchen could be set up. The layout of the house could also be arranged so that the upper part is used as a living area and the lower part as a sleeping area.
Position
The village house is situated right on the main square in the heart of Praelo, a small, sunny hamlet with a long tradition of olive growing. The village is surrounded by olive groves – an ideal starting point for a trip to the coast, as well as for walks and hikes to the surrounding villages and the Maritime Alps. Praelo is approximately 2 km from Molini di Prelà, where there is a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a few restaurants, and about 4 km from Dolcedo, the main town of the Prino Valley with small shops, restaurants and a primary school/nursery. After 11 km you reach Porto Maurizio (Imperia) with its beaches, all the amenities of a seaside town and more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year!
