The detached village house, which adjoins on one side to the slope, has two floors and two entrances: upstairs is the kitchen with dining area and convenient access to a large wooden terrace. On the lower floor is the central living room, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, as well as two spacious bedrooms. Next to it is a spacious, 27 sqm large cellar.

The property is located on the outskirts of Valloria.You can unload in front of the house, but have to park about 20-50 meters away. Valloria is a small medieval village, located on a hill in the hinterland of Imperia, with picturesque alleys and stunning views to the sea. There is also a restaurant and a “Museum of forgotten things”. What is special about Valloria: the whole village is a unique open-air museum with 151 works of art: 151 painted doors, by internationally renowned artists during the summer festivals that took place each year in Valloria.
