Description
A unique village house with a roof terrace, garden and annexe
This unique village house, which actually consists of two houses that are currently connected, offers several highlights: its peaceful yet central location on the edge of the village, its roof terrace with sea views, the beautifully designed courtyard, and its restoration, during which typical Ligurian features have been preserved or restored: vaulted ceilings, wall niches, cement floor tiles and terracotta, and, in the cellar, some slate flooring, etc. In addition to the roof terrace, it features a lovely courtyard, which can be accessed via several exits from the house as well as through an external entrance.

Layout
The house’s living area, with a net floor area of approximately 135 m², extends across the ground floor and the first floor; beneath these are four cellars belonging to the property.
An entrance hall leads to the bedroom and bathroom and up to the first floor, where a spacious living area with a kitchen, dining area, lounge and terrace is situated, offering views across the Val Prino valley all the way to the sea. The entrance hall also leads to the second part of the house, which comprises a kitchen with access to the courtyard, a bathroom, a lounge and two bedrooms. A steep staircase leads down to a cellar area, used partly as a wine cellar and partly as an office, which also opens onto the courtyard.
A further cellar area of approximately 25 m² with its own entrance is used as a guest house.
Garden
In addition to the terrace, there is a romantic courtyard with sunny spots and shaded areas.
Location
The property is situated in Pantasina, a hamlet of Vasia. It is approximately a 60-metre walk to the house. Surrounded by evergreen olive groves, Pantasina is a quiet, unspoilt village in the Imperia hinterland with a small shop. It is situated approximately 15 km (approx. 20–25 minutes’ drive) from Imperia and the coast, with its bustling beach life and marinas.
