Centrally located in the picturesque village of Isolalunga, this rustic, Ligurian village house blends harmoniously into the historic townscape with medieval houses and car-free alleys. Thick walls and traditional architectural details such as vaulted ceilings and beams, preserved even after restoration, testify to its centuries-old history. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the enchanted courtyard and on its sunny terrace, which also offers marvelous views! Dolcedo, the main village of the Prino-valley, has numerous restaurants, café-bars, and shops in a few-minute walkway.
Layout
The living area of approx. 75 sqm extends over two floors:
On the ground floor, right after the main entrance, there is a small kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a large bathroom with a shower; there is also an idyllic, green inner courtyard of about 20 sqm, offering shade on hot summer days. A room with a large arched window and a beautiful vaulted ceiling – ideal as a studio, guest bedroom, or art atelier – is located on the other side of the courtyard. Right next to it, there is a storage room.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, and the south-west facing, sunny terrace of about 10 sqm, offers splendid views of the village and the evergreen hills of the Prino-valley!
A cellar room on the ground floor right next to the kitchen and another one in the basement of the village house, both with separate entrances.
