Layout
The right part of a modern villa, consisting of two floors, offers a living space of approx. 125 sqm gross or 100 sqm net and is equipped with white marble floors and large windows. The villa is very suitable for a large family or two couples:
Each couple has its sleeping area with a double bed and bathroom, located on different floors, as well as a living-dining area with an open kitchen and satellite TV. As the architecture has been adapted to the hillside location, both floors have their own parking spaces and separate access to the garden. From the paved private car park, which offers space for up to two cars, above the house, a few steps lead down to the main entrance. Here, in addition to the entrance hallway, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom (currently designed with a room divider for three people) and a storage room, as well as a large living room with arched windows, an open-plan kitchen, and a terrace. From all the rooms, you enjoy marvelous views down to the sea. On the ground floor, there is a further living room/kitchen with a dining area and pellet stove as well as another bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a storage room. All rooms here have French doors that lead outside to the garden, the terraces, and the lower car park in front of the garden gate. Thanks to the layout and separate entrances and parking facilities, the house can be rented out as a whole or – by installing an intermediate door – partially without having to completely forego privacy. The successful renting of the last few years with rental prices of at least approx. 1000 euros per week was organized by an agency.
Outdoor areas
On two sides of the villa, about 500 m² of the entire property is laid out as a very well-kept, terraced garden equipped with an irrigation system and skillfully adapted to the hill. The garden has paved paths, an outdoor shower, several terraces for sun loungers and seating, and a barbecue area. In a romantic spot, protected from prying eyes, you can enjoy a dip in the high-quality jacuzzi (about 5 m²). Tall cypresses, olive trees, oleander, and rosemary give the garden a Mediterranean flair.
Position
The villa is situated above Isolalunga. It can be reached by a steep, winding road from Isolalunga (about 6 km to the sea) or partly asphalted along the olive groves (about 7 km to the sea). Isolalunga, which belongs to the municipality of Dolcedo, is one of the most beautiful villages in the Prino Valley. With its narrow alleys and medieval buildings, it is very sunny even in winter and offers a grocery shop, a café-bar, and a petrol station. It is only 600 m from Dolcedo, the central village of the valley with various shops, restaurants, a kindergarten, and a primary school. The seaside town of Imperia, with its beaches, numerous shops, and one of the largest marinas on the Riviera, is about 7 km away. Imperia boasts the best climate in Italy, mild winters and temperate summers!
