Layout

The property, detached on four sides, consists of a two-storey main house offering a  living space of approx. 100 m² net and an annexe with a living space of approx. 30 m² net. Thanks to the architecture adapted to the hillside, there are several entrances on two levels. The entrance of the main house is on the upper floor and leads to two bedrooms, including an open bathroom with a shower and free-standing bathtub. There is also a separate toilet. A large kitchen area and the cosy living room with an open fireplace are located on the lower floor. French doors lead out onto the sunny south-east facing terraces. The adjoining annexe has a separate entrance to a guest studio on the upper floor and a bathroom plus laundry/technical room on the lower level.

Outdoor areas

The outdoor area of approx. 370 m² is distributed on three sides around the building and consists of several flowering garden terraces with Mediterranean plants, which are connected by paved paths and steps. On the upper level is the pool terrace, equipped with sun loungers, next to the 9.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool, which is largely set into the ground and has a water depth of approx. 1.20 m. The terraces in front of the kitchen and on the lower floor are equipped with seating areas for al fresco dining. The 20 m² roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy marvelous panoramic views.

The property is located in the center of the Canneto Soprano district, a sunny, idyllic hamlet with only a few houses. Public parking spaces are located approx. 50 m and a few steps below the property. In Molini di Prelà, the closest village, to which the hamlet belongs, about 2 km from the property, there are various restaurants, a pharmacy, and a convenience store for daily needs. It is only approx. 12 km to the sea and the beaches of Imperia, the town with the best climate in Italy – mild winters and temperate summers. The airports of Genoa and Nice are about 110 km away.
