Description
This house is situated in the heart of Valloria, a village in the Imperia hinterland which, thanks to its doors painted by various artists, resembles an open-air museum. This charming house features a sunny balcony offering views across the evergreen Valprino Valley all the way to the sea. During its recent renovation, emphasis was placed on high-quality materials such as cherry wood doors and a bespoke fitted kitchen. Thanks to a wood-burning stove, a pellet stove and insulated windows, it is suitable both as a holiday home and as a primary residence.

It can be reached on foot by crossing the village square and heading downhill, or – for example, if you are travelling from abroad with luggage – by taking an approximately 80-metre-long path from the village square which leads to the house without any steps. Valloria is a small medieval village, situated on a hill in the hinterland of Imperia, with picturesque alleyways and magnificent views stretching all the way to the sea. There is also a restaurant here and a ‘Museum of Forgotten Things’. What is special about Valloria: the whole village is a unique open-air museum with 151 works of art: 151 painted doors, by internationally renowned artists during the summer festivals that took place each year in Valloria. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 4 km. Valloria is about 25 minutes away from Imperia with its beaches, shops and over 300 days of sunshine a year.
