The village house is located in the center of Molini di Prelà next to the country road leading to other villages of the valley. Molini di Prelà lies in the wide and green valley of the river Prino and is surrounded by hills and olive groves. Prela still lives to a large extent from the excellent olive oil produced in this area. There are several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a small convenience store here. Many hiking trails lead from Prela into the hinterland, including one to Dolcedo, 2 km away – the central village of the Valprino valley with shops, restaurants, etc. The coastal town of Imperia with its beaches, numerous shops and one of the largest marinas on the Italian Riviera is approx. 9 km away. Imperia boasts the best climate in Italy, mild winters and temperate summers!
