Layout
The village house, which is detached on three sides, offers a net living area of approx. 100 sqm on two floors and a roof terrace of approx. 15 sqm on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a pellet stove, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms – one with a 1.40 m large bed. The second one is currently used as a small lounge with a sofa bed. A slightly winding staircase leads from the hall to the first floor into the very large, bright living area with open kitchen, dining area, TV corner and a pellet stove. In front of the access to the roof terrace there is another small lounge with a sofa bed. In total there are sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. The sunny roof terrace with table and chairs is ideal for enjoying the mild climate and stunning views of Dolcedo and the Prino valley down to the sea, on clear days even as far as Corsica! The property is equipped with a solar system for ventilation and can be purchased fully furnished.
Position
Close to the characteristic chapel of Ripalta, situated in a quite steep alley with some steps. Parking spaces are about 50 -100 m away. The picturesque medieval village of Ripalta, situated on a hill, was once a refuge from pirates and is now very popular with international guests thanks to its idyllic, quiet location. It consists of about 60 houses and typical small alleys and overlooks Dolcedo, the central village of the Valprino valley, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafés within a few minutes’ walk. Ripalta is about 7 km from the nearest beaches and the coastal town of Imperia, which boasts one the best climates in Italy!
