The entrance and the staircase are shared with the neighbour apartment above. The ground floor apartment consists of an entrance hallway with two storage rooms to the right and left, three bedrooms (one of them without window), a bathroom with bathtub, a live-in kitchen and a central living room with a balcony, offering beautiful views. The façade of the house has been restored and double-glazed windows and new shutters have been installed. On the first floor there are two rooms of about 15 sqm completely to restore (one room plus a kitchen).
