Located in the upper part of the village of Bellissimi, this top-floor apartment offers four bedrooms and plenty of living space for a family. The spacious rooms with high ceilings are bright and airy and the balcony and some of them offer wonderful panoramic views over the Prino Valley down to the sea. The apartment is inhabitable, but there is no kitchen, and hardly anything has changed inside since the 1970s apart from the almost new pellet heating system. Modernization is therefore recommended.

The idyllic village of Bellissimi enjoys a friendly village community that organizes festivals and leisure activities throughout the year. The main village of Dolcedo with its restaurants and shops can also be reached on foot.

You enjoy marvelous panoramic views of the valley and down to the sea from many rooms and from the balcony.

Outdoor areas

A sunny plot of approx. 440 m² directly next to the house can be transformed into a garden. Opposite is a further plot of approx. 20 m², which can be used as a private car park.

Position

The village house is located opposite Bellissimi’s town hall, in one of the most picturesque villages in the Prino Valley with a friendly village community surrounded by olive groves. Several hiking and mountain bike trails lead directly from Bellissimi, e.g. to small bathing lakes of the river in Acquasanta and the Monte Faudo region.

Dolcedo, the central village of the valley with various shopping facilities and several restaurants, is 3 km away and can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot along the river in approx. 15 minutes. The coastal town of Imperia with its beautiful beaches and a marina is approx. 10 km away, the airports of Genoa and Nice approx. 110 km.
