A direct access staircase still needs to be installed.

Situated on the village road, this apartment and its garage are easily reachable by car, with public parking spaces nearby. There is a restaurant in Tavole and several bathing ponds nearby. The road to Tavole is rewarded with peaceful tranquillity and good hiking opportunities. Valloria – the village of painted doors – is only approx. 1 km away and Villatalla with two more restaurants and a grocery shop is about 2 km away. About 5 km from Tavole, the village of Prelà offers a grocery shop, a pharmacy, and some restaurants. From Tavole it takes about 16 km or 20 minutes by car to Imperia and its beautiful beaches. Imperia, which offers a marina and all the amenities of a seaside town, also enjoys the best climate in Italy – mild winters and temperate summers!
