The two-story village house offers two separate apartments of about 40 sqm, each has a living-dining room and kitchen corner, a spacious bedroom and bathroom with shower. The cozy apartment on the ground floor has vaulted ceilings, round arches, and a terracotta floor, creating a comfortable ambiance. A narrow external staircase leads to the apartment on the upper floor, disposing of a covered terrace. Due to high vaulted ceilings and many windows, this apartment is bright and airy. The large bedroom has a marble floor and was used as an atelier, too.

The property is located in a small alley in the middle of the car-free, historic old town of Isolalunga, approx: 80 m and some steps from the road. Public parking is about 50-100 meters away. Isolalunga, which belongs to the comune of Dolcedo, is one of the most beautiful villages in the Prino Valley with its narrow alleys and medieval buildings. It is also very sunny in winter, it has a grocery store, a café-bar, and a petrol station and is only 600 m on foot from Dolcedo, the central village of the valley with various shops, restaurants, kindergarten, and elementary school.
