Approved building project in the heart of Dolcedo

The location is quite unique: a plot of approx. 750 square metres in the middle of the village, but in a quiet location, on which a house of approx. 100 square metres can be built. It will be built on one level, which reduces the construction costs and makes comfortable living on one floor possible. In addition to the house, which will be surrounded by its own garden, two parking spaces can also be realised.

The house is just a minute’s walk from the village centre with its bars, restaurants and small shops. The building project has been approved, the associated municipal fees and structural calculations have already been paid and the connection to the sewage system has been prepared. Realisation could begin immediately, for which an estimate of around 250,000 – 350,000 euros is required, depending on the individual requirements.

A house of approx. 100 square metres is planned, built against the wall of the terraced plot, which means that it will have windows to the front (south) and to the sides. A large living/dining area of approx. 35 sqm, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room – in which a second bathroom could be realised- are planned.

Position

The land plot is located in the center of Dolcedo. There is a bus stop and public parking areas nearby.
Dolcedo, the picturesque village on the Prino River with a baroque church, medieval bridges and alleys, offers various shops, cafes and restaurants, a post office, and a primary school/kindergarten. It is only about 7 km away from Imperia with its numerous beaches, shops and one of the largest marinas on the Riviera. Imperia offers the best climate in Italy – mild
winters and temperate summers.
