Layout

The cottage is detached on two sides and offers a net living area of approx. 50 sqm on the ground floor and a roof terrace of about 12 sqm on the first floor. The entrance in a small alley leads into a long hallway and from there to the living/dining room with a tiny kitchen next to it. In addition to a shower bathroom, there are two bedrooms – one with only a skylight – for up to 4 people. A gently winding slate staircase leads to the first floor onto the roof terrace offering nice views. Here you can set up a small lounge area and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate.

Position

The property is located on the border of Torrazza, a picturesque village perched on a hill, overlooking the Prino-valley and, thanks to its south-eastern location, already spoiled by the sun in the morning. The quiet, authentic village has preserved its historic old town with idyllic alleys. A Saracen tower from the Middle Ages on the highest point, was intended to protect the population from pirate attacks and has given the village its name. The nearest parking is only a short walk away from the property.

From Torrazza you can reach Imperia-Porto Maurizio, the marina and the beaches in less than 10 minutes. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are about 2 km away in Piani or Dolcedo. The airports of Genoa and Nice are about 100 km away.
